What’s included — and what’s separate
One home and up to three contracts. Subscriptions and provider charges are separate. New connections, technical problems and existing disputes need a separate scope. You complete personal validations and payments.
Present a clear, organised application to a landlord or agency.

- An organised application with a short introduction in French.
- A clear record of missing documents or points to explain.
- One correction round within 14 days.
What’s included — and what’s separate
One household, up to two adult applicants and one guarantor. Certified translations, if required, are separate. Property searches, negotiation and applications to multiple agencies are not included. Acceptance remains with the landlord or agency.

Can we start before I arrive?+
Yes, where tasks can be prepared remotely. Some steps depend on an address, property details or documents that become available later. We identify those before starting.
Can you work with documents in English?+
Yes. If an organisation requires a certified translation, I will flag it. The translation and its fees are separate.
What about another part of my move?+
Describe the specific application and your circumstances. I check the process and whether I can take it on before offering a quote.
