You keep your login details and validate any personal submission. I help organise documents and prepare and review your return within the agreed scope. Where the work requires a personalised tax decision or accounting work, that part is handled by the appropriate professional before I continue. Preparing rental accounts and reporting an already-established rental result are separate tasks.

Can you help with furnished rental income?+
Tell me about the property and whether its accounts and taxable result have already been prepared. Reporting that result and preparing the accounts are different pieces of work; your quote distinguishes them.
Is a review of my later tax assessment included?+
Only if stated in your quote. You can request it separately. Corrections to an error attributable to France Sorted are handled without an additional service fee.
Is a particular tax saving guaranteed?+
No. The work and responsibilities are agreed in advance. No tax saving or outcome is guaranteed.
