English-speaking help preparing your French visa application: forms, supporting documents and appointment checklists. I organise the paperwork and explain each administrative step, with follow-up and post-arrival formalities included in a written quote when needed.
Choose a focused starting check, or ask me to prepare and follow the full administrative file.
01
Get oriented
I’ll review your situation with you, check the relevant France-Visas guidance and identify the administrative steps and documents it calls for. If choosing the right route requires legal advice, I can help you find a qualified specialist.
02
Prepare the file
I’ll organise the documents you send me, identify anything missing and help complete the application using the information you provide. You review and confirm the draft before submission.
03
Be ready for the appointment
I’ll prepare a checklist of the forms, confirmations and documents you need, and help you check that your file is ready. You attend the appointment and any identity check yourself.
04
Keep track afterwards
I’ll help you track the application, prepare replies to requests for factual information and, if your visa requires it, organise the administrative steps after you arrive in France.
Ways to work together
A clear first step, or help with the whole file.
One applicant · one situation
Visa application starting check
€69
In a 30-minute conversation, I’ll work through the relevant France-Visas steps with you. Afterwards, I’ll send a short checklist of the administrative steps and documents identified for your situation.
This starting check does not include completing the application, reviewing a full file or following it afterwards.
Send the essentials and any deadline. I’ll confirm whether the administrative work is within my scope.
02
Agree the work and price
You receive the €69 starting-check scope or a written quote for fuller support, with the work and price confirmed before you commit.
03
Get the agreed help
I carry out the service you chose and keep you informed in English. For a full application, you review the information and complete steps requiring your own access, signature or presence.
Your application, your decision
What stays with you?
You keep your account passwords and verification codes, attend required appointments, provide truthful documents and pay official fees directly. The French authorities decide the outcome and processing time.
If your case needs an assessment of immigration rights, a response to a refusal or an appeal, that requires a qualified legal professional. I can coordinate the factual paperwork around their advice.
Good to know
Common questions.
Which visa should I apply for?+
I’ll work through the official France-Visas guidance with you, explain the administrative steps it indicates and help prepare the file. If your situation calls for a legal assessment to choose the right visa, I can help you find a qualified specialist.
What documents will you need to prepare my visa application?+
The list depends on your application. I confirm the required records for your situation and organise the documents you provide, flagging missing items before we review the file together. Start with your nationality, country of residence, reason for moving and planned dates; there is no need to attach your passport to the first enquiry.
Does the €69 starting check include my full visa application?+
No. It covers one 30-minute conversation and a short checklist for one applicant. Preparing the application, reviewing supporting documents, appointment preparation and follow-up are available on a separate fixed quote.
Can you apply for me while I am abroad?+
Much of the preparation can be done remotely. You retain control of your accounts and must complete any personal verification, signature, appointment or biometric step required by the authorities.
Can you guarantee the visa or get an earlier appointment?+
No. The authorities and their appointment providers control decisions and availability. I can help you prepare a complete, orderly file and keep track of the steps agreed in your quote.
What if I have already arrived in France?+
Depending on the visa issued, there may be an online validation or a separate residence-permit step. For example, a VLS-TS must be validated online after arrival. Tell me what is written on your visa and I can scope the administrative follow-up with you. For the practical side of settling in, see Moving to France services; an existing permit renewal has its own renewal support service.
Official starting points
Procedures depend on your nationality and situation. I work from the current instructions on France-Visas, its long-stay visa page and the ANEF portal for applicable post-arrival steps.
