Is this the registration that gives me a SIRET?

Yes. This service concerns declaring the start of your furnished rental activity through the business formalities portal, associated with obtaining a SIRET. It is different from a tourist-rental registration number or local permission to rent.

Does it cover holiday lets and long-term furnished rentals?

The activity registration can concern either. For a holiday let, I also flag any separate local administrative steps to check; these are not included in the €295 service.

Can you help with joint ownership?

Yes. Tell me who owns the property and how it is held. An indivision or another ownership arrangement is assessed and quoted separately.

Can you choose the best tax regime for me?

I can explain the application fields and organise the relevant information. A personalised tax recommendation is a separate professional matter. Once your choices are confirmed, I enter them into the registration.

How long does registration take?

The processing time depends on the authorities and the completeness of the file. I cannot guarantee a SIRET issue date. I provide the submission record and explain any request within the agreed scope.

Can you help with the paperwork afterwards?
