Help with one document request or administrative coordination across several stages of your sale.

Notaire, agency, diagnostic, translation and other third-party charges are separate. Any on-site attendance is arranged separately.

Alongside your professionals

Administrative support around the sale.

You decide the price and terms, approve information and sign documents. Your notaire handles the legal work; your agent handles their sales mandate and diagnostic professionals produce their reports.

This service covers documents and practical communication. Marketing the property, finding buyers, negotiating the sale and personalised legal or tax advice are separate professional services.

Good to know

Common questions.

Can you help if I am selling from abroad?

Yes. Most document preparation and correspondence can be handled remotely. I can coordinate practical signing arrangements with your notaire, who confirms any identity checks and power-of-attorney requirements.

I already have an estate agent. What do you add?

I help gather their requested documents, prepare factual replies in French and keep track of outstanding requests, so you have a clear English overview of the administrative work.

Can you request copropriété documents?

Yes, with your authorisation. I can coordinate document requests with your syndic and notaire, explain the requests and follow up. Any charges from the syndic are separate.

Can you help arrange the diagnostics?

I can help identify contacts, request quotes and arrange agreed appointments. The diagnostic professional confirms the assessments needed and carries them out; access to the property is arranged with you or a local contact.

Can you explain the sale contract or capital gains tax?

I can help organise your questions and supporting documents. Advice on contract clauses and capital gains tax stays with your notaire or another appropriate professional.

Can you close household contracts after the sale?

Yes. Closure requests, meter-reading information and confirmation tracking can be included in the quote. Tell me which contracts need attention and the intended handover date.
