Work on your French home.
Less paperwork to manage.

Requests for quotes, contractor emails, documents and follow-up: I handle the French administrative exchanges around your repairs or renovation and keep you informed in English, whether you are in France or abroad.

What I handle

Keep the documents and exchanges together.

01

Request quotes

I help identify contractors to contact, prepare a clear French request using your brief or professional report, and follow up on replies.

02

Make the paperwork understandable

I explain the wording of quotes in English, organise prices, listed items and payment schedules, and ask contractors to clarify missing or unclear details.

03

Coordinate documents and correspondence

I gather requested records and handle factual exchanges with contractors, your syndic, an architect or other professionals involved.

04

Track the administrative steps

I keep a record of appointments, replies, invoices and outstanding requests, with English updates and decisions brought back to you.

You decide. I keep the admin moving.

01

02

Agree the support

I confirm what I will handle, the price and the updates you will receive.

03

I handle the exchanges

I organise requests and replies, follow up and ask you to approve decisions or commitments.

A clear role

Administrative coordination around the work.

You choose contractors, approve quotes, sign and pay them directly. I help with documents and correspondence; technical specifications, inspections, site supervision and approval of completed work remain with you and the relevant professionals.

If the work involves permissions, I can help organise the requested documents and exchanges. Technical plans and any specialist assessment are handled by the appropriate professional.

Good to know

Common questions.

Can you help me find contractors?

Yes. Researching contacts, requesting quotes and following up can be included in the scope. I do not guarantee availability or workmanship; you make the final choice.

Can you compare the quotes for me?

I can set out the prices and items listed, explain the French wording and ask about apparent differences or omissions. A contractor, architect or other qualified professional assesses the technical solution and whether it is suitable.

Can you help if I am abroad?

Yes. Document preparation and correspondence can usually be handled remotely. Visits, inspections or access to the property need a local contact, arranged separately.

Can you work with my syndic or architect?

Yes, with your authorisation and their agreement. I organise the requested information and factual follow-up while they retain their own responsibilities.

Can this cover an insurance-related repair?

I can help organise the repair documents and correspondence. Tell me if a claim is involved so the quote identifies any separate insurance paperwork and follow-up.
