Registration & first admin steps

For a straightforward activity with the micro-entrepreneur regime and any necessary professional choices already established. Includes file preparation, one Guichet unique registration, review before submission, the filing acknowledgement, one status check, one factual missing-document response and help opening your Urssaf account once registration enables it.

The quote sets a follow-up period and handover date. If registration is still pending, the included Urssaf setup can take place when access becomes available; additional authority exchanges are quoted separately. The first turnover declaration, ACRE request, tax or social-option advice and ongoing business admin are separate. I’ll identify any applicable official fees before you agree.

Choosing a legal structure, tax regime or social options, assessing a regulated activity or clarifying work authorisation may require an accountant, lawyer or relevant authority. I can coordinate the paperwork around those decisions.

Stay in control of the registration.

You approve the activity description, factual entries and applicable choices before submission. If I submit as your representative, I use my own Guichet unique account and a signed mandate; I do not use your passwords or FranceConnect access.

The competent authorities decide on the registration and any requests for further information. Where a choice calls for professional legal or tax advice, we settle it with the appropriate professional before filing.

Can you submit the registration for me?

Yes, where appropriate, with a signed mandate and my own Guichet unique account. We review the information together before submission. You keep control of your personal accounts and passwords.

Does the price include my first turnover declaration?

No. The €295 service includes Urssaf account setup once registration enables it, plus a handover on the next steps. If you want me to help prepare your first declaration when it is due, I can include that separate work in a written quote.

What if I already have a SIRET?

Tell me what is registered now and what you want to change. A new activity or a change to an existing enterprise may call for a different formal procedure, which I’ll assess and quote separately.

I am not an EU national. Can you help?

Tell me your current residence status before we start. Whether it permits the proposed self-employed activity may need to be confirmed by the relevant authority or an immigration professional. Once that question is settled, I can help with the administrative registration.
