You check the new address and approve each change made in your name. You keep your passwords and verification codes; where an online service requires your own authentication, I guide you through the step.
A change of address does not automatically transfer or cancel every household contract. If you also need a new electricity, water, internet or phone service, see the household setup service or include it in your enquiry.

Is there a free way to notify several French organisations?
Yes. Service-Public offers a free grouped change-of-address notification for participating organisations. It does not replace every separate update. I can help identify what applies to your move and keep track of the other steps we agree.
Can you update my carte grise or residence record?
Tell me which documents you hold and your move date. I can help identify the relevant official route, organise the requested information and guide you through any personal online step.
I am moving to France from abroad. Does the grouped service work?
The grouped notification does not cover every move from or to another country. Tell me where you are moving from and which records you already have; I can quote for the applicable individual steps.
Does the quote include new utility contracts or mail forwarding?
Only if we list them in the written scope. Provider charges and any optional paid mail-forwarding contract are separate from my fee.
